Whilst sounding slightly rude to say out loud, FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions. It is here that we will list the numerous questions we get asked, along with the answers, so if you’re having a bit of difficulty, this is a good place to start!

If the FAQ fails you, then it’s time to call in the professionals. The Support section will advise you on which well dressed, smart, clever people can help you solve various types of issues you might be having.

Is it your connection or is the server on fire? This page will let you know if everything is OK or whether it’s time to panic!
